Helicopter service company, JSC renders services in the field of after-sale support of helicopters by providing support, purchased items and materials, setting up and updating of maintenance and repair centers.

• Increase of efficiency of using material, manpower and financial resources, absorbed during after-sale support which would result in reduction of expenses for after-sale stages of helicopter life cycle.
• Reduction of helicopter down time while anticipating service and/or repair which would result in increase of readiness coefficient of a single helicopter and helicopter fleet average readiness coefficient (for example, as part of airline).
• Provision of operator with current, reliable and easy-to-use technical publications, primarily electronic ones.  Currently the availability of electronic operation publications is an apparent competitive advantage.
• Feasibility of opportune training and retraining of flight, engineering and technical personnel for efficient operation, maintenance and repair. Qualified personnel spends less time to perform maintenance and repair and does it with higher quality which also would result in reduction of expenses for after-sale stages of helicopter life cycle.
