Dear Users!

Customer Portal is currently automatizing filing of the requests to HSC, JSC and provides the services as follows:

«Registration» - helps the Users to promptly and qualitatively prepare the set of the data required in order to create an account in Customer Portal.

«Request for delivery» section allows to place and determine the request status in the following sections:

«Making requests for the delivery of aircraft technical supply, purchased integrated parts» - making requests and controlling the process of handling Purchasers’ requests for the delivery of aircraft technical supply, purchased integrated parts;

«Making requests for materials delivery» making requests and controlling the process of handling Purchasers’ requests for the delivery of materials;

«Making requests for M&R» offering operators access to the relevant information regarding the operated aircraft (M&R plan, its execution control);

«Current requests» ensures the prompt supply of the Users with the information regarding the current status of the created requests as well as other alterations of this status.

«Requests archive», «Requests drafts»  allow to view the history of work in the portal sections.

«Suppliers» sectionallows Suppliers to provide the online information regarding the positions catalogues indicating the prices, delivery conditions, payment conditions;

«Documentation» sectionoffers materials provision by subscription. Access to the on-line documentation for the helicopter equipment operators.

«Aircraft maintenance base» sectionprovides self-services for the helicopter equipment owners that are clients of “HSC”, JSC as related to service maintenance procedures and aircraft repair. The portal section offers the following services: information regarding the helicopter equipment flight hours, helicopter servicing requests, viewing Maintenance and Repair (M&R) Plans and allows to get the required reports;

«Home» sectionoffers the information regarding the portal purpose, functioning and all the alterations introduced in the portal operation. The news related to the resource operation is announced.

To get the access to the above services the User must:

1.   Register in Customer Portal.. After the registration the User shall be assigned an account in the system and the information entered during the registration shall be transferred to “HSC”, JSC managers..

2.   In order to get access to the services of Customer Portal the User (organization) shall send the  official letter requesting to activate this service, to the address of HSC, JSC with indication of as follows:

o    name of the account; 

o    his acceptance of  User Agreement and Services Provision Regulations provisions.

In case of a positive decision with regard to the letter, the administrators of Customer Portal shall activate the services and the User will be able to utilize Customer Portal for making requests and viewing the statuses regarding any requests of this organization.
