Assistance during registration (draft)

1. Point of access to Customer Portal. Registration.

2. Registration of a new requester. Filling of the registration form. Postal address and the User’s name shall be unique. After the entry of all the registration data press “Send the request” button.

3. After successful filling of the boxes and sending the request you shall receive a letter at the indicated e-mail address, the letter shall confirm our receipt of your request for getting access to Customer Portal.

4. After checking your request and drawing up the corresponding documents you shall be given access to Customer Portal. At the indicated e-mail address you shall receive a letter containing the password for access to your sections of the Portal.

5. Upon login you must enter the User’s name indicated during the registration and the password.

6. After successful completion of the login procedure you shall have access to your sections of the Portal.
