ABOUT THE PLANT
FEASC was founded in 1934, when the 60th Air Force's stationary aircraft workshops specializing in the field of repair of aircraft and aircraft’s engines were established in Khabarovsk. Since the 70s, the plant has been repairing helicopters and has obtained broad experience in maintenance of helicopters of Mi-series. FEASC has modern equipment, and its highly qualified specialists are able to provide high-quality repair of aircraft equipment within a short time period. The engineering and technical staff of the enterprise has extensive experience in preparing the production process and applying the procedures for repairing helicopters, their engines and units.
All the Helicopter Equipment made by the Russian Helicopters shall only be maintained or repaired by certified establishments having a Repair Work Permit.
- A License of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Trade for carrying out development, production, testing, installation, assembly, maintenance, repair, disposal, and sale of weapons and military equipment, regarding the repair, maintenance, installation, and assembly of weapons and military equipment No. M004242 VVT-R of 03.15.2018 (with no time limit).
- A License of the Russian Federation Ministry of Industry and Trade for carrying out development, production, testing, and repair of aeronautical equipment, regarding overhaul of aeronautical equipment, intermediate-level maintenance, temporary repair of aeronautical equipment No. 14299-AT of 03.06.2018.
- A License of the Russian Federal Security Service Directorate for the conduct of work related to the use of the information classified as an official secret No. GT 0074420 of 07.19.2018 (through 04.25.2021).
- A Certificate of Conformity with SMK, covering repair, testing, maintenance, service maintenance, installation, assembly of aeronautical equipment, weapons and military equipment for conformity with GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and additional requirements of GOST RV 0015-002-2012 No. VR 27.1.12255-2018.
