Russian Helicopters has launched testing-phase of online documentation portal

One of the main goals of aftersales support service strategy approved in 2016 is achieving more convenient and user-friendly access to documentation.

During implementation of the strategy access to documentation was organized from Helicopter Service Company website (http://doclib.hsc-copter.com). Switching to the practice of using the electronic documentation is being facilitated together with Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviation) and the enterprises within Russian Helicopters as well as the operators’ representatives.

On March 1, 2017 Helicopter Service Company launched the test version of the documentation portal for Mi-8AMT with the help of Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant, UTair-Engineering and Federal Air Transport Agency. This stage will last during a half-year period. Testing requires fine-tuning of the technology of rapid access to the up-to-date documentation from any point of the World and also realization of comparative check of the documentation with electronic master copy.

By the end of testing period HSC is planning to expand the list of available documentation sets and also to open access to documentation for all main types of civil helicopters produced by Russian Helicopters.
